‘Giver of Hope’ Monthly Donor FAQ

Yes. You can review our detailed 2025-2030 Growth Plan to see how we will scale our impact from serving 25 participants annually to 100 by 2030.

Yes. H.O.P.E Inc. has built a strong foundation to support this expansion. We currently have three full-time employees and ten contracted professionals, including program coordinators, financial coaches, grant writers, and communications specialists. Our planned infrastructure includes adding a full-time Development Director, Program Coordinators (one per 25 participants), a potential COO, and an HR Manager to ensure sustainable growth.
The cost to fully support one participant for one year is $25,000, which covers rent and childcare assistance, financial coaching, life skills training, mental health support, and emergency aid.
Education breaks cycles of generational poverty. Graduates of our program increase their annual income by an average of $35,000, gain financial stability, and 40 percent of their children go on to attend college themselves. This investment not only transforms individual families but also strengthens communities by increasing homeownership rates and contributing to economic growth.
While we are committed to scaling our impact, we will adjust our expansion timeline based on available funding. Our priority remains ensuring high-quality support for our participants. Even with partial funding, we will continue increasing capacity strategically.
Success is measured by graduation rates, income increases, homeownership rates, and generational impact. Currently, 50 percent of our graduates are the first in their families to attend and complete college, and we maintain a graduation rate of 80 percent.

To track long-term impact, we conduct a pre- and post-graduate survey for up to five years after our participants graduate. This allows us to measure changes in financial stability, career advancement, homeownership, and educational attainment for their children.
